Presented is my first ever attempt at making a large scale illustration. The challenges faced with this was that it required strong composition and sustained detail. The outcome was I completed a fully realized 30×40 illustration with consistent shading and depth by using pencil rendering and blending techniques to build value and refine details over a large surface.
